Vera Gene Poundstone, 89 of Cookeville, Tennessee passed from this life on Monday, August 8, 2022, at Heritage Pointe Senior Living.
Vera was born Saturday, July 8, 1933 in Vernon, Texas, and she was the daughter of the late Girlie Gladys (Aldridge) Bryant.
Vera was a loving daughter, sister, mother, grandmother, and friend.
Vera is survived by, 4 Children, James Poundstone, Peggy McCullagh, Patty Poundstone, and Paula Poundstone; 2 Grandchildren, Shane McCullagh, and Jimmy Lynn Mead.
In addition to her mother, Vera was preceded in death by, Husband, Jack Poundstone; Sister, Vestella Cantrell; Brother, Henry Bryant.
Graveside Service for Vera Gene Poundstone will be held Wednesday, August 17, 2022 at 10:00 am at Crest Lawn Memorial Cemetery. Interment will follow the service.
