Trudy Louise Rehkemper, age 74 of Cookeville, Tennessee passed from this life Monday, August 22, 2022, at Signature Health Care of Putnam County in Algood, Tennessee.
Born Sunday, April 18, 1948, in Canton, Ohio, she was the daughter of the late Henry Calvin and Ruth (Derrick) Travis.
Trudy was a loving wife, sister, aunt, and friend to all who knew her. She was a member of Samaria Church of Christ and worked as a secretary for many years and loved children and had her own childcare service before her retirement.
She is survived by her husband of 50 years, Russell Rehkemper of Cookeville, TN

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by 3 brothers-in-law: Jim La Cour, Guy Frost, and Larry Houston.
A Memorial Service for Trudy will be held Friday, August 26, 2022, beginning at 11:00 am from the chapel of Crest Lawn Funeral Home with Bro. David Eldridge officiating.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home Friday, August 26, from 10:00 am until the time of service at 11:00 am.
