Thomas "Tommy" G. Sammon, 68 of Cookeville, Tennessee passed away on Saturday, December 12, 2020, at Bethesda Health Care Center.
Tommy was born Saturday, September 20, 1952 in Flushing, New York, and he was the son of the late John Sammon and the late Margaret (Sweeney) Sammon.
Tommy is survived by, Sister, Patricia Wardell; A host of beloved nieces, nephews, cousins, and special friends.
In addition to his parents, Tommy was preceded in death by, 4 Siblings, Barbara Mutersbaugh, Margaret Reynolds, William and John Sammon.
Tommy chose cremation, the family followed his wishes, and a celebration of his life will be held at a later date.
