Theodore Bender, age 85 of Cookeville, Tennessee passed from this life Sunday, December 18, 2022, at his home in Cookeville.

Born Thursday, February 11, 1937 in Schoharie, New York, he was the son of the late Henry and Helen A. (Oliver) Bender.

Theodore was a proud veteran of the United States Army serving in the Korean War.

Theodore is survived by his wife, Bernice Bender of Cookeville, TN

Funeral services for Theodore will be held Thursday December 22, beginning at 2:00 PM from the chapel of Crest Lawn Funeral Home with Melissa Bender Moreno his granddaughter officiating. Interment will follow in Crest Lawn Memorial Cemetery.

Visitation will be held Thursday, December 22, 2022 at the funeral home from 1:00PM
until time of services.
