Obituary for Sue Simmons (Ledbetter)
Sue Carol Simmons, 67 of Hilham, Tennessee passed away on Wednesday, December 30, 2020, at Sumner Regional Medical Center in Gallatin, Tennessee.
Sue was born Saturday, November 7, 1953, in Madisonville, Texas, and she was the daughter of the late Herbert Kenneth and Florence Ellamae (Mims) Ledbetter.
Sue was a wonderful mother, grandmother, and sister. She was loving, caring, and put others before herself. She was a devoted Christian for most of her life and attended Old Maxwells Chapel in Hilham, Tennessee. Sue was loved by all that knew her and she will be greatly missed.
Sue is survived by, 2 Sons, Herbert Kenneth and Billy Houston Simmons (Cheryl); 2 Grandchildren, Jordan and Taleisha; 4 Great-Grandchildren; Sister, Mary Catherine King.
In addition to her parents, Sue was preceded in death by, Uncle, Lester Ledbetter.
Sue chose cremation, the family followed her wishes, and a celebration of her life will be held at a later date.
