Obituary for Scott Wilson
Mr. Gordon Scott Wilson, age 53 of Maryville, Tennessee passed from this life Wednesday, October 5, 2022, at UT Medical Center in Knoxville, Tennessee.
Born Sunday, March 30, 1969, in Somerset, Kentucky, he was the son of Gwendolyn "Jean" (Eakes) Wilson and the late Wendell Herald Wilson.
Scott was a loving Husband, Son, Brother Uncle, and friend to all who knew him. He loved the Lord and was a member of Alcoa-Maryville Church of God. He was a Graduate of Tennessee Tech and worked several years as an Office Manager in the Medical Field. Scott was a volunteer Media Technician, Program Designer, and Musician for his church.

He was preceded in death by his Father, Wendell Herald Wilson and his Grandparents.
Funeral services for Scott will be held Monday, October 10, 2022, beginning at 12:00 Noon from the chapel of Crest Lawn Funeral Home, with Pastor Hugh McGarity and Pastor Paul Dyar officiating. Interment will follow in Crest Lawn Memorial Cemetery.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home Sunday, October 9, 2022, from 4:00 pm until 8:00 pm, and again on Monday, October 10 from 11:00 am until the time of service at 12:00 Noon.
