Obituary for Peggy Ellen Percival (Mills)
Peggy Ellen Percival, 80 of Cookeville, Tennessee passed from this life on Tuesday, August 2, 2022, at Signature Health Care of Putnam County.
Peggy was born Monday, July 13, 1942, in Denver, Colorado, and she was the daughter of the late Guy Jesse Mills and the late Florence Lillie (Hewitt) Mills.
Peggy was a loving daughter, sister, wife, mother, grandmother, and friend. She enjoyed working with the Billy Graham Crusades with her husband as a counselor. She was the queen of the yard sales, she loved fishing, and being outdoors. Peggy was loved by all that knew her and she will be greatly missed.
Peggy is survived by, Husband of 60 years, Glen Percival; 3 Children, Brenda Skylstad and her husband Jim, Roger Percival, and Brian Percival; 3 Grandchildren, Dwight Hill, Lynette Hill, and Angela Hill; A host of great-grandchildren; 3 Sisters, Goldie Wiegand, Joanne Stephens, and Dorothy Ury; 2 Brothers, Chuck and Adeline Mills, and Guy and Rebecca Mills. A host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and special friends.
Peggy was preceded in death by, 3 Sisters, Carol Stephens, Bertha Rhodenburg, and Eva Jenkins; 2 Brothers, Marvin and Gary Mills.
Celebration of Life for Peggy Ellen Percival will be held Saturday, September 17, 2022, at 2:00 pm from the chapel of Crest Lawn Funeral Home with Bro. Dwight Henry officiating.
Visitation with the family will be held Saturday, September 17, 2022 from 12:00 pm until the time of service at 2:00 pm at Crest Lawn Funeral Home.
