Obituary for Mary D Graham (Manning)
Mary Dolores Graham (Manning) 87 of Algood, Tn. joined her beloved husband in eternal rest on Tuesday January 31, 2023.
Mary(Dee) was born in Chicago Il. On September 15, 1935 to her parents John and Martha Manning (Vessels) and 4 brothers.
Dee grew up in Dundee, IL where she met and married Billy on Saturday October 22, 1955. They raised 4 children in Carpentersville IL. She was a very loving and devoted mother to her children.
She worked for 30 years for Otto Engineering in Carpentersville IL. Upon retirement her and Billy moved to Algood, Tn. to enjoy the natural beauty and peacefulness that the hills of TN had to offer .She was very active with her book club and was well known for her home cooked meals.
Dee is survived by 2 sons Thomas (Sandra) and Ted (Michelle) Graham and 2 daughters Cynthia Rush and Sandra (Kurt) Domianus, Her Grandchildren, Gramm(Gina) Schaedel, Gerry Graham, Keil (Heidi) Schaedel, Allison (Robert) Falcone, Shane Domianus (Kristin McNally), Jeff Graham (Meredith Adams) and Skye (Matt) Ibalio and great grandchildren, Peyton, Parker and Kolter Schaedel, Jane Falcone, Leo Ibalio and Casey, along with many nieces and nephews.
Dee was preceded in death by her husband Billy Graham, brothers Harry, William, James and Joseph.
She shared her love of Christ with all she knew and was very active in her church First Christian Church of Cookeville.
Celebration of Life Memorial Gathering will be held Saturday, March 11, 2023 from 11:00 am until 1:00 pm at Crest Lawn Funeral Home. Memorial service will begin at 1:00 pm at the funeral home.
In Lieu of flowers the family is asking for donations to St. Jude's Children's research hospital.
