Obituary for Marty Don Bottoms
Marty Don Bottoms, of McMinnville, TN, passed from this life on April 26, 2022 at St. Thomas Rutherford Hospital following an extended illness.
Marty was born on July 16, 1970 in McMinnville. He was the son of the late Donnie and Jan Bottoms. He was also proceeded in death by sister, Kimberly Meche.
Marty is survived by son Carson Bottoms, daughter Makenzie Bottoms, Aunt/Uncle Ann and Danice Taylor, Aunt Sherry Patterson, niece Megan Henry (Jesse), niece Morgan Meche (Anthony), special cousins Amy Crouch (Chad), Allison Stiles (Brandon), April Taylor, great- nephews/nieces Truitt Henry and Jayton, Zaylon, Kylon, Hazel Strange, special friend Brian Perry, and several other cousins, family, friends.
Marty was a member of the Hebron church of Christ. Marty had tremendous love for his family, friends, sports, the Dallas Cowboys, and the Lord. He will be greatly missed.
The family would like to thank the St. Thomas Heart Failure team for the care and support they provided the past several years. They also send a special thanks for the many prayers for Marty.
There will be no visitation and a memorial service will be held on a later date.
