Obituary for Mamie Marie Moss (Hunter)
Mamie Marie Moss, age 83 of Nashville, Tennessee passed from this life Wednesday, August 17, 2022, at her home in Nashville, Tennessee.
Born Thursday, June 1, 1939, in Cadiz, Kentucky, she was the daughter of the late George Hunter and the late Cassie Knight Hunter.
Mamie was a loving Mother, Grandmother, Great Grandmother, Great Great Grandmother, and friend to all who knew her. She enjoyed donating to different charities including people and animals. She taught her children faith, hope and charity by the life she lived, and she was a very, very strong Christian Lady. She was a member of AA and had given up smoking and drinking about 30 years ago.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her Husband, Billy H. Moss, 6 sisters, and 7 half- brothers.

Funeral services for Mamie will be held Saturday, August 27, 2022, beginning at 12:00 noon from the chapel of Crest Lawn Funeral Home with Bro. Tim Miles officiating. Interment will follow in Crest Lawn Memorial Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be: Mark Kirmse, Delton Bailey, III, Raymond Bailey, Elias Caldino, Jerome Estes, and Jeremiah Estes.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home Saturday, August 27, from 11:00 am until the time of service at 12:00 noon.
