Linda Meness Veal age 77 of Cookeville passed from this life Sunday, May 8, 2022, at her home.
Born Tuesday, August 8, 1944, in Indianapolis, Indiana, she was the daughter of the late Albert and Leona (Bjorkman) Split Cloud.
Linda was a strong person, a teacher, and a mentor in the Native community. She loved everyone and everyone loved her.

Linda is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren, and many adopted children through the years.
There will be a 10-day feast that will start on May 18, 2022, at her home.
