Obituary for Lana Allred (Turner)
Lana H. Allred, age 73 of Cookeville, Tennessee passed from this life Saturday, November 12, 2022, at Cookeville Regional Medical Center.
Born Thursday, January 13, 1949 in Cookeville, Tennessee, she was the daughter of Anna (Smith) Turner and the late John Turner.
Lana is survived by Son: David and Christi Howell, Brothers: Robert and Reed Turner, Mother: Ann Turner, and several Grandchildren, Great Grandchildren, Nieces and Nephews.
In addition to her Father, Lana was preceded in death by her Husband: Melvin Allred, and a Sister, Patricia Harness.
The family would like to thank her friend Mary McCuiston for always lending a helping hand when Lana needed one.
Memorial service will be held Saturday Nov. 19, 2022 at New Beginning Assembly of God.
In lieu of flowers or money, donations in her memory may be made to The Cookeville Human Fund or the Putnam County Animal Shelter.
