Kathy was born Monday, September 19, 1955 in Panama City, Florida, and she was the daughter of Lynn Allen West and the late Margaret Katherine (Hart) McMain.
Kathy is survived by, 2 Daughters, Carey Watson and Ashley Rector; 7 Grandchildren, Vann, Sophia, Luke, Carter, Ace, Blaze, and Wilder; 2 Great-Grandchildren, Justin and Lola
