Mrs. Joycelyn Rachford, age 90, of Cookeville, Tennessee passed away on Tuesday, May 12, 2021, surrounded by her family.
Joycelyn was born in Melbourne, KY to the late Hilda West.
Joycelyn was a great mother and grandmother and loved to take care of everyone.
Joycelyn was married to the love of her life Clifford for 69 years whom she lost last year.

Son - Stephen R. Rachford and wife Sandy of Monterey
Granddaughter - Stephannie Watson and husband Tyler of Crossville
Grandson - Stephen Jake Rachford of Monterey
Sister- Darlene West and family of Arizona
Brother -in-law: Tom Rachford and family of Florida
Joycelyn is preceded in death by her Mother, Husband Clifford and Brother Sonny West.
Joycelyn had chose cremation, The family followed her wishes, and a celebration of her life will be held at a later date.
