Jo Ann Racz, age 78 of Cookeville, passed from this life Thursday, May 12, 2022, at St. Thomas West Hospital in Nashville, Tennessee.
Born Thursday, October 14, 1943 in Cookeville, Tennessee, she was the daughter of the late Howard Lee and the late Decie Ramsey Lee.
Jo Ann was a loving daughter, sister and friend to all who knew her..

Funeral services for Jo Ann will be held Tuesday, May 17, 2022, beginning at 1:00 pm from the chapel of Crest Lawn Funeral Home with Bro. Mike Madden officiating. Interment will follow in Dodson Branch Cemetery.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home Tuesday, May 17, from 11:00 AM until the time of services at 1:00 PM.
