Jimmy Lee Peek "Buford", 72 of Cookeville, Tennessee passed from this life on Saturday, November 26, 2022.
Jimmy was born Monday, July 17, 1950 in Rickman, Tennessee, he was the son of the late Thomas Isaac Peek and the late Cordia Alfie (Tayes) Peek.
Jimmy was a beloved son, brother, father, Pap, and friend.
Jimmy is survived by, 3 Sons, Travis Peek and his wife, Marcy, Joseph Peek and his wife Stephanie, and Clayton Peek and his wife, Deann; 7 Grandchildren, Savannah Sparks and her husband Clayton, Sawyer Peek, Lily Peek, Gracie Peek, Garrett Peek, Thomas Peek, and Emmie Peek; 3 Sisters, Betty Key, Ruby Hawkins, and Kathy Turner and her husband, Howard; 2 Brothers, Billy Peek and his wife, Luann, and Charles Peek; Special Friend, Juanita Thompson; Mother Of His Sons, Ina Mae (Brown) Peek; A host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
In addition to his parents, Jimmy was preceded in death by, 9 Siblings.
Funeral Service for Jimmy Lee Peek "Buford" will be held Thursday, December 1, 2022 at 2:00 pm from the chapel of Crest Lawn Funeral Home with Bro. Ed Shaver officiating. Interment will follow in the Paran Cemetery.
Visitation with the family will be held Thursday, December 1, 2022 from 10:00 am until the time of service at 2:00 pm at Crest Lawn Funeral Home.
