James "Jimmy" William Henley, 82 of Cookeville, Tennessee passed away on Sunday, January 31, 2021, at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville, Tennessee.

Jimmy was born Sunday, February 13, 1938 in Dayton, Ohio, he was the son of the late Clarence Sylvester Henley and the late Rosella (Clemons) Henley.

Jimmy was a loving son, brother, father, and grandfather. He was a hard worker and was always doing something. Jimmy was loved by all that knew him and he will be greatly missed.

Jimmy is survived by, 5 Children, James R. Henley, Janet Rose Fields, Gary Henley, Jeff Henley, and Tommy Henley; Numerous Grandchildren and Great-Grandchildren; 3 Brothers, Danny Warden, Ralph Henley, and Charles Henley; Special Partner, Susan Tolchard; Mother of his children, Janice Stafford.

In addition to his parents, Jimmy was preceded in death by, 2 Siblings, Robert Henley and Bruce Henley; Step-Mother, Della Williams.

Jimmy chose cremation, the family followed his wishes, and a celebration of his life will be held at a later date.
