Henry Michael Qualls, age 73 of Cookeville, Tennessee passed from this life Monday, February 27, 2023, at Bethesda Health Care Center in Cookeville.
Born Thursday, November 24, 1949, in Cookeville, Tennessee, he was the son of the late Herman L. and Dorothy Mildred Qualls.
Henry was of the Methodist Faith. He attended Capshaw Elementary School, Cookeville High School, and Tennessee Tech University. He owned and operated Qualls Vending Company in Cookeville for many years.

Nancy Lee Bronswijk and children, Indy Lee Werkhoven and Livia Anne Werkhoven
Audrey Anne Bronswijk and child, Mila Amari Lavier Bronswijk
1 Nephew and Spouse:
Daniel Wayne and Kendria Leigh Qualls and children, Danielle Whitney, David Wayne, and Kendal Leigh Qualls.
A special Cousin, Phillip Henry, and several other cousins.
In addition to his parents, Henry was preceded in death by a Brother: David Qualls.
The family will receive friends at Crest Lawn Funeral Home Saturday, March 4, 2023, from 11:00 am until 3:00 PM. Interment will follow in Crest Lawn Memorial Cemetery.
