Glynn Lewis Goodwin, 82 of Chesterfield, Michigan, and Summerfield, Florida, passed from this life on Thursday, November 3, 2022, in Ann Arbor, Michigan
Glynn was born Friday, September 13, 1940 in Sparta, Tennessee to the late Clarence and Geneva (Clouse) Goodwin.
Glynn was a loving son, brother, husband, father, Papa, uncle, and friend. He was a teacher and coach for over 33 years.
Glynn is survived by; Wife of 61 years, Claudene (Smith) Goodwin; 3 Children, Dale Goodwin and his wife Krista, Rhonda Goodwin, and Tammy Lemmen and her husband Bob; 9 Grandchildren, Tristin, Coltin, Kimberli, Amberli, Melani, Sandy and her husband Nik, Cory and his wife Raelynn, Ashlyn, and Brendan; 3 Great-Grandchildren, Carter, Blake, and Grant; Sister, Marilyn "Gail" Scott and her husband Jim; A host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and special friends.
Glynn was preceded in death by his parents.
Funeral Service for Glynn Lewis Goodwin will be held Saturday, November 12, 2022 at 12:00 pm at the chapel of Crest Lawn Funeral Home. Interment will follow in the Crest Lawn Memorial Cemetery.
Visitation with the family will be held Satuday, November 12, 2022, from 11:00 am until the time of service at 12:00 pm at Crest Lawn Funeral Home.
