Dorothy (Randolph) Spivey, age 80 of Cookeville, Tennessee passed away Monday, February 28, 2022, at Bailey Manor in Cookeville.

Born Tuesday, March 11, 1941 in Putnam County, Tennessee, she was the daughter of the late Crockett and Stella (Lafever) Randolph.

Dot was a member of Taylors Seminary Freewill Baptist Church for over 50 years and was currently attending Cookeville Freewill Baptist Church. Dot loved her family and enjoyed spending time with them.

Dot is survived by her children:

Avery Dale and Judy Spivey of Sparta, TN
Janice "Jan" and Doug Wagner of Cookeville, TN

In addition to her parents Dot was preceded in death by her Husband, Albert Spivery, Sisters, Margie Parham and Sue Stringer, Brothers, Clennie Randolph and Dewey Randolph.

Funeral Services for Dot will be held Thursday, March 3, 2022 beginning at 1:00 pm from the chapel of Crest Lawn Funeral Home with Bro. Jerry Buckner officiating. Interment will follow in Saylors Cemetery.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home Wednesday, March 2, 2022 from 5:00 pm until 8:00 pm and again on Thursday from 12:00 Noon until the time of service at 1:00 pm.
