Daniel Lee Williams, 45 of Cookeville, Tennessee passed away on Monday, April 19, 2021, at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville, Tennessee.

Daniel was born Sunday, March 21, 1976, in Oak Ridge, Tennessee, and he was the son of Ronnie Williams and Joy Annette (Blakley) Lay.

Daniel was a loving son, brother, husband, father, grandfather, and friend. He was a gifted mechanic and could work on anything with a motor. Daniel was extremely giving and would give the shirt off of his back to help others. He was loved by all that knew him and he will be greatly missed.

Daniel is survived by, Wife, Shelley Williams; 7 Children, Cody, Corby, Craig, Nick, Caleb, Joseph, and Zac; 6 Grandchildren, Michael, Avery, Alayla, Azirah, and Babies on the way Aiden, and Aliana; Mother and Special Step-Father, Joy Lay and Charlie Garrett; Father, Ronnie Williams; 2 Sisters, Jessica and Bonnie; 2 Brothers, Ronald and Cody; A host of cousins, aunts, uncles, and special friends.

Daniel was preceded in death by, 2 Brothers, Johnny and Donnie;

Funeral Service for Daniel Lee Williams will be held Saturday, April 24, 2021, at 3:00 pm from the chapel of Crest Lawn Funeral Home. Interment will follow in the Crest Lawn Memorial Cemetery.

Visitation with the family will be held Saturday, April 24, 2021, from 11:00 am until the time of service at Crest Lawn Funeral Home.
