Obituary for Cynthia A. Bilbrey (Samon)
Cynthia A. Samon Bilbrey, 52, of Cookeville TN was born in St. Petersburg Florida.
Cynthia, known to most as Cindy, is survived by One son, Robert Bilbrey III, Daughter in law, Sarah Bilbrey and three grandchildren Caydence and Noah Bilbrey and Garrett Mosher. Her parents Jerry and Sharon Samon, one sister, Kimberly Sweat of Cookeville, and one brother, Jerry Samon of Cookeville.
She is preceded in death by her husband Guy Lynn Ramsey.
Cynthia was a mother, grandmother, daughter, sister, aunt, friend, and coach. She was many things to many people but she was always an amazing person with the biggest heart and a love for people and God. Cindy took great pride in her grandchildren and her role “Nanny”, as well as, her son. She always had time for anyone in need and would give you the shirt off her back. She made all those around her feel safe and loved. Cindy will be missed and remembered by all those whose lives she touched.
A Celebration of Life will be scheduled at a later date
