Obituary for Connie Ann Phillips (Gilpatrick)
Connie Ann Phillips, age 67 of Cookeville, Tennessee passed from this life Saturday, March 11, 2023, at Cookeville Regional Medical Center in Cookeville.
Born Tuesday, September 13, 1955, in Indianapolis, Indiana, she was the daughter of Kathleen (Abney) Gilpatrick and the late Charlie Richard Gilpatrick.
She was a loving Mother, Grandmother, Sister, and friend to all who knew her. She worked several years for Red Kap Industries and H & R Block. She loved to read, participate in activities at church, and spending time with her family.
In addition to her Mother, she is survived by:
1 Daughter and Son-in-law:
Angela and Jeffrey Stevens of Fairview, TN
2 Grandchildren:
Matthew Stevens and Michael Stevens of Fairview, TN
1 Sister:
Sherry Ogletree of Cookeville, TN
In addition to her Father, she was preceded in death by: 1 Brother, Donald Gilpatrick and an Infant Brother, Ricky Gilpatrick, Brother-in-law, Danny Ogletree.
Funeral services for Connie will be held Wednesday, March 15, 2023, beginning at 1:00 pm from the chapel of Crest Lawn Funeral Home, with Bro. Derrick Coble officiating. Interment will follow in Crest Lawn Memorial Cemetery.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home Wednesday, March 15, from 11:00 am until the time of service at 1:00 pm.
