Christine (Smith) Bryant, 90 of Cookeville, Tennessee, passed from this life on Tuesday, June 7, 2022, at Saint Thomas Midtown Hospital, in Nashville, Tennessee.
Christine was born September 12, 1931 in Jackson County, Tennessee to the late Cordell Hull Smith and Fannie Bea (Anderson) Smith.
Christine was a loving daughter, sister, wife, mother, Nannie, and friend. She was loved by all that knew her and she will be greatly missed.
Christine is survived by, Husband of 70 years, Howard L. Bryant; Son-In-Law, Glenn and Vickie Stockton; Grandson, Chris and Kristina Stockton; 5 Sisters, Mary Burgess, Jewel Wingard, A.V. Meeks, Jo Helen Baker, and Jean Denton; Brother, James and Linda Smith; A host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and special friends.
In addition to her parents, Christine was preceded in death by, Daughter, Vicky Diane Stockton; 5 Siblings, Paul Smith, Cecil Smith, Kathleen Ragland, Bennett Stewart, and Charlie Ray Smith.
Funeral Service for Christine (Smith) Bryant will be held Thursday, June 9, 2022 at 3:00 pm from the chapel of Crest Lawn Funeral Home with Bro. Johnny Fox officiating. Interment will follow in the Crest Lawn Memorial Cemetery.
Visitation with the family will be held Thursday, June 9, 2022 from 1:00 pm until the time of service at Crest Lawn Funeral Home.
