Obituary for Charlotte Teresa Folk (Burks)
Charlotte Teresa Folk, 59, of Cookeville, Tennessee, passed away on June 14,2022.
She was born in Welch, West Virginia on July 19,1962 to the late Ralph Hughes Burks, and Betty Lou (Moore).
Charlotte will remembered for her love to help others and always having a listening ear for anyone she met as well as her love for nature, animals and baking pies. She was a nurse for several years. She will be deeply missed.
She has 7 children Shannon, Kyle, Courtney, Libby, Abi, Matt, and Scarlett. She has several grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, Charlotte was preceded in death by her Husband Edward Folk, many other loved ones,and her companion cat of 14 years, Mose.
Charlotte chose cremation, the family followed her wishes, and a celebration of her life may be held at a later date.
