Bill was a dear friend, high school classmate and fellow Marine. He would go with me anywhere I wanted to go when we were stationed together. Back then I was prone to have a beer or sometime a few. Bill would have a coke at each location and make sure I got back to our barracks. I am pleased to say that that part of me left one night in December 1966 when I met Christ on my knees at Crossroads Free Will Baptist Church. It is amazing how He can change our lives immediately. I will miss Bill but still have our memories.

Sad to learn of Billy's illness and passing. We were classmates from the MHS Class of 65. I respected and liked his normally quite, serious demeanor. It was always good to see him all those years he was with Kroger .... still think about him when going through the checkout. Condolences to all Billy's family ... may God's peace and comfort be with you during this season.

Joyce and family, I want be able to come due to illness. You are in my thought and prayers. Bill was always a good friend to me. You filled a void in his life and he found happiness with you. I will miss him, but I have many memories. Heaven gained another angel, that we will see again. Love and prayers. Wilma Brown
