Obituary for Betty C. McCormick (Norrod)
Betty C. McCormick, age 82 of Cookeville, Tennessee passed from this life Tuesday, November 22, 2022, at Cookeville Regional Medical Center.
Born Friday, April 5, 1940, in Rickman, Tennessee, she was the daughter of Lester and Meikle Norrod.
Betty was a loving Grandmother and friend to all who knew her. She worked many years for Putnam County Parks and Recreation.

In addition to her parents, Betty was preceded in death by, First Husband, Jim Hamlet, Second Husband, George McCormick, 1 Daughter, Anita Zemencuk, and several Sisters and Brothers.
Funeral services for Betty will be held Tuesday, November 29, 2022, beginning at 2:00 pm from the chapel of Crest Lawn Funeral Home, with Bro. Dwight Henry officiating. Interment will follow in Crest Lawn Memorial Cemetery.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home Tuesday, November 29, from 12:00 pm until the time of service at 2:00 pm.
