Anita Carol Barrier, of Cookeville, Tennessee went to be with the Lord on Thursday, June 9, 2022, at home surrounded by her family.
Born Wednesday, March 16, 1960 in Orlinda, Tennessee, she was the daughter of the late Thomas Lawrence and the late Shirley Gibbs Lawrence Lynch. she was the loving wife of the late William Joseph Barrier for 14 years.
Anita was a witty comedian, so she thought. She loved her family, especially her grandkids. She was a family person, always doing things for them, loving on them and teaching the about life's lessons. Anita enjoyed traveling, mainly to the beach and mountains, trying new foods and places to eat. She worshiped and was a member of the Providence Baptist Church in KY until she was no longer able to attend.
