Allen Lee Gullett, age 84 of Cookeville, Tennessee passed from this life Friday, November 4, 2022, at Cookeville Regional Medical Center.

Born Friday, January 14, 1938 in Springfield, Illinois, he was the son of the late Glenn and Dorothea (Young) Gullet.

Mr. Gullett is survived by his Wife, Phyllis Ann (Murdock) Gullett of Cookeville, TN
