Obituary

Agnes Garrett, 93 of Livingston, Tennessee passed away on Sunday, March 21, 2021, at Livingston Regional Hospital.

Agnes was born Wednesday, April 20, 1927, in Monroe, Tennessee, and she was the daughter of the late Billie Morgan Garrett and the late Rosa Alta (Flowers) Garrett.

Agnes was a loving daughter, sister, mother, grandmother, aunt, and friend. She was an avid gardener that loved all flowers. Agnes was loved by all that knew her and she will be greatly missed.

Agnes is survived by, Daughter, Charlene, and John Skidmore; Grandson, Jason Turner; Granddaughter, Jamie Turner; Great-Grandsons, Grant and Jason Turner, Jr.; Sister, Daisy Stover; A host of nieces, nephews, and special friends.

In addition to her parents, Agnes was preceded in death by, Daughter, Treva Martin Turner; Infant Daughter, Jennetta Faye Martin; 4 Sisters, Velma Garrett, Mae Clark, Emma Lou Garrett, and Betty Garrett; Brothers, Barney Garrett, Bill Garrett, Thurman Garrett, Landon Garrett, Levin Garrett.

Agnes chose cremation, the family followed her wishes, and no memorial service is planned.

Ms Agnes was a sweetheart. She reminded me so much of my MOM !! She loved to grow flowers and planted yummy tomatoes that were just like MOM's. Always a kind word !! Her daughter, Charlene is a sweetheart ,too . Mendy and I miss her so much already !!! (((((((((((((((((((((((HUGS))))))))))))))))))))))) and prayers !!

Sorry to hear of Ms. Agnes' passing; mom and her were good friends for many years and our entire family thought a lot of her; our families had/have been friends for many many years, and living in the same area of the country for quite some time; Ms. Agnes will be missed.
